Who we are
LOIA Foods is a food importer, manufacturer and wholesale distributor headquartered in Newark, New Jersey.
Founded by international grocery veteran José Seabra, LOIA combines more than 40 years of food-industry experience with a deep respect for culinary tradition. We connect authentic products from Brazil, Portugal, France and other trusted origins with supermarkets, independent retailers and food-service partners across the Northeast, with LOIA North extending our regional service into Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
